MVD Spearfishing USA offers free shipping on orders over $249 within the 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico may be subjected to higher tariffs not shown upon checkout. If you are curious to know before committing to a purchase, feel free to reach out to us for a proper quote. 

Shafts also may be an issue due to dimensional weight with our various shipping options as well. 

Free Shipping does not apply to wholesale accounts

If we have made a mistake we will cover all expenses on the order and replace free of charge.  

If you have decided the item in no longer needed or other we can refund the item for a 20% re stock fee and buyer is responsible for shipping. 

If you decided to return, we can also offer full price of the item as store credit. 

MVD Spearfishing USA offers limited warranty on all its products against any manufacturer defects.

User error, impact accidents or wear and tear is not applicable.

Spearfishing is inherently a dangerous sport and requires all active parties to have situational awareness when participating. 

• Always dive with a properly trained buddy
• Never point your speargun at yourself or dive buddy
• Always be aware of the trigger pull and practice finger placement
• Never keep a loaded speargun on the boat
• Never shoot speargun out of the water
• Never place your speargun near you loaded in or out of the water
• Always use common sense and caution
